Steam Analyzer analyzes publicly available Steam profile data and does not ask for Steam credentials.

What Steam Analyzer does not collect

Steam password
Steam login tokens
Private Steam profile data unavailable through public APIs

What data is processed

The app processes public Steam profile data needed to analyze Steam profile statistics, including games, playtime, achievements, and profile summary values.

What data is stored (based on current backend code)

Leaderboard database stores: steamid, nickname, avatar, total hours, account value, and updated timestamp.
Account value cache stores steamid and calculated account value.
Game price cache stores Steam appid and fetched price data.

These caches are used to speed up repeated requests and leaderboard updates.

Public profile requirement

Steam Analyzer can only analyze data available from public Steam profiles. If a profile is private, some sections will be unavailable.
